Full Color Digital Transfers are the easiest way to achieve custom, full color designs for decorating. They’re ideal for designs with more than 4 colors, hi-def details, or gradients. You can quickly create high-end looks on virtually any fabric or hard-to-decorate item with only a heat press. Forget the limitations of screen printing or embroidery and delve into detailed digital logos!

Screen printed transfers require vector artwork.

You can send us vector artwork and we can print it as is or with adjustments.

You can send us bitmap (raster) artwork that we will redraw/convert to vector.

Send us the best artwork that you have.

Size: Maximum is 11.5″ x 14″. Although not required, it is a good idea to send us your file at the size you want it printed.

2. Text: Convert all text to curves/outlines before sending.

3. Colors: We use spot colors for screen printing. You can use spot colors when creating art, but it is not required. Use consistent colors in your file.

4. Line Thickness: minimum of .012″ for printed areas.

5. Show-Thru Thickness: minimum of .04″ for non-printing areas

6. Special effects: Some special effects such as fades and shading can’t be produced with screen printing. Consider full color transfers if your art contains these.

HTV Transfers – Can be used on any color fabric or Cotton, Poly/Cotton blend and 100% Polyester. This transfer is heat pressed onto the garment with high pressure for 15-20 seconds at 320 degrees and peels warm. This transfer is different from sublimation in that the design is pressed ON to the garment.

The transfers come with a masking on them so they are ready to PEEL & PRESS!

Sublimation is a process to transfer dyes onto types of fabrics and materials. An image is created digitally, using something like Photoshop, and printed onto a chemically coated piece of paper with specialized sublimation ink. ... It's a great way of transferring images or designs onto different types of materials.

For T-shirts- Press at 385-400 degrees for 45-60 seconds with medium pressure. Every heat press is different so I recommend getting the “Test” sheet which gives you multiple “test” designs so you can play with different heat settings and record what works best for YOU. For apparel use a 50% or higher poly count and a light colored shirt for best results. **

- You will want to place a piece of butcher paper or copy paper inside the shirt, under the shirt and on top of the shirt… in addition to your teflon sheet on top before pressing. This prevents dyes from bleeding through to the back of the shirt or getting on your heat press.

- do NOT move the transfer after it has been heat pressed, take it off the shirt in one swoop, dont let it move or you will get something called “Ghosting”

- Some people like to use heat transfer tape, others use repositionable sticky spray… do you research! I personally use transfer tape until it's on the heat press, then I carefully take the tape off so that after its pressed I can remove it easily without any tugging (Avoiding ghosting). If you use the adhesive spray, make sure you are using one meant for sublimation and remember to spray LIGHT. Any blotches from the spray can WILL show up when pressed so again, I urge you to do your research

- RIP THE EDGES OF THE PAPER PRIOR TO PRESSING… Rip it by hand, don’t cut… it makes the edges smoother and will not leave lines in the fabric from the hard edge of the paper.
